Three consulting services are offered: a Cancer service line, a Diagnostic Odyssey service line, and a Pharmacogenomics (PGx) service. The Individualized Medicine Clinic (IM Clinic) enables scientists and physicians to integrate whole-genome and whole-exome sequencing into patient care. It consists of five Translational Programs (Biomarker Discovery, Clinomics, Epigenomics, Microbiome, and Pharmacogenomics) and seven Infrastructure Programs (Bioethics, Bioinformatics, Biorepositories, Education, Administration, Information Technology, and Medical Genome Facility).
